Confirmation:
Upon receiving your order, we will send a confirmation to your email address. Therefore, it's important to enter the correct email address when placing your order. We recommend saving this order confirmation email to facilitate any future contact with customer service. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as proof of purchase.
Prices:
All prices are daily prices and are valid only on the day of ordering. All displayed prices include 23% Irish VAT.
Payment:
Payments are securely processed through a third-party payment gateway. The transaction is encrypted and securely handled by our banking partners. iPulse does not store or have access to any credit card information entered.
Right to Complaint:
In accordance with Irish and EU consumer laws, iPulse provides you with a 6-month statutory right to claim for manufacturing defects identified during normal use of the product. This right does not cover defects or damages resulting from misuse, accidental damage, lack of maintenance, or unauthorised repairs. Any defects should be reported as soon as they are discovered. You may be asked to provide evidence of the defect. If a complaint is validated, the item may be returned for repair, replacement, or refund, subject to agreement. Reasonable shipping costs will be reimbursed for valid claims. iPulse does not accept liability for damage to connected devices, data loss, or consequential losses. If a complaint is deemed unfounded, inspection fees and shipping costs may be charged.
Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period):
Under Irish and EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period and return the product in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Reservations:
iPulse reserves the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We also reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time. Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only and may not always perfectly represent the actual product.
Force Majeure:
iPulse shall not be liable for failure to fulfill contractual obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to, government regulations, natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Fraud Prevention:
All suspected fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities. iPulse reserves the right to cancel any order where fraud is suspected.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure accuracy and reliability, iPulse makes no express or implied representations or warranties regarding the operation of this website, or the information, content, materials, or products included. To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. However, this disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 or the Consumer Rights Act 2022, which provide protections that cannot be excluded or restricted. We do not warrant that this website, its servers, or communications from us will be free of viruses or other harmful components. While we take reasonable steps to ensure security and functionality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by Irish law, iPulse is not liable for damages except where required by law, including liability for fraud, negligence, or statutory breaches.. If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be unenforceable under Irish law, it shall be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, without affecting the validity of the remaining terms.
Amendments:
iPulse reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The applicable version of the terms will be the one in force at the time of your purchase. It is recommended to review this page periodically.
Governing Law & Disputes:
These terms and conditions are governed by Irish law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
